of Directors
By maintaining and preserving our neighborhood, we’re helping improve our residents’ lives. Elected by residents themselves, our community leaders help guarantee everyone’s well being. Village of Scioto Condominium Association is also fully transparent, and our residents have a say in all major decisions. We take pride in our shared property and in the friendships and professional relationships we foster.
The COA board of directors meet on a quarterly basis. They also meet as needed when opportunities arise.
The communities annual meeting occurs on the 4th Sunday in October every year. This date may be changed due to extenuating circumstances.

At each annual meeting, we will vote for upcoming board positions. If interested, please email info@villageofscoto.com with your interest or approach the board during the annual meeting. We are always looking to expand our board and involve as many homeowners as possible.

All terms are renewable. But in the spirit of rotation, we are hopeful that all residents will feel encouraged to serve in some capacity, at some point, to the best of their ability.
Homeowners are welcome to attend the quarterly meetings. Please contact the board at info@villageofscioto.com with you interest, and you will be provided with the next meeting date and location.
Financial records are maintained by the current Treasurer
Any and all records are open to homeowners and can be shared at the request of the homeowner.
